Where do you ship from? We ship from Fort Worth,Texas. Offering free standard shipping to all US orders and giving the choice to ship Fedex, DHL or USPS for international orders. Do you ship internationally? Yes we do. We ship anywhere offering worldwide service through USPS, Fedex and DHL [**This includes Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, India, South Korea, etc.**] Is your packaging discreet? Your package will NEVER indicate a e-cig or tobacco item as we cater to privacy and will ship discreetly. When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped the same business day as long as it was submitted before 12PM EST (Monday - Friday). Orders submitted after 12PM EST are shipped the next business day. We are known for shipping fast and we pride ourselves on it. Please note: Some items on your order can be subject to backorder. In this case shipment may be delayed until your complete order can go out. How long will it take to receive my order? Depending on what you choose at checkout here is what you can expect. We will make the report and update you accordingly. Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions: Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address and or phone number registered to your account or order. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page. Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated right away. Delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS. Customs: We ask that all of our international customers be familiar with their country's customs policies. We are not responsible for items not allowed in the customer's country. We will not be responsible for any items that don't comply with customs policies. We will not offer a refund for rejected items unless they are returned to our address.
