• Any international Packages shipped and rejected or returned are automatically destroyed upon receiving due to the COVID pandemic.

  Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are shipped on the same day from our warehouse in Virginia. However shipping times will depend on the option you select upon checkout. We do not ship on weekends. Tracking numbers will be sent automatically upon checkout. Smokehouse is not responsible for destruction of package due to import policies.

  Domestic (US) USPS shipping options include:

  
  U.S.P.S. First-Class Mail Parcel: 1-2 Days

   

  International Shipping options include:

  FedEx International Priority: 3 Business Days

   

  You (an international customer) will be responsible for customs, imports, tariffs, or duty fee's owed to your local and/or national organization(s). 

  We do deliver to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. If an address cannot be verified during a purchase by our credit card processor we reserve the right to hold your package until we are able to contact you and process a transaction at a verified address.
